I am a business trainer, coach and analyst with 13 years experience. I have a background in sales, training and Value Based Lean Six Sigma. I have an MBA from the Curtin Graduate School of Business and am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I am based in Perth, Western Australia.
Who I work with
Businesses big and small with an interest in doing MORE WITH LESS! I specialise in identifying opportunities for improvement, prioritising and planning with sales teams and finding revenue building avenues within established businesses.
In the past
Most recently I have worked as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for a global market leader. My skill set has transferred across all departments within the organisation.
In 2011 I worked in North America on a project to look into the opportunities around price setting, discounting behaviour and price leakage. Involvement in this project was significant in shaping my perspective on the important role of price in business. The findings from this project had global impact.
Closer to home I have been involved in facilitating improvements within sales teams in Australia & New Zealand to prioritise customer accounts and write effective and dynamic account plans.
I have presented on topics of Price and Growth [through prioritisation, planning & effective value propositions] in both Australia & North America.
Previous to that I have held positions in Business Development and Sales Management with a high performing sales team attaining budget.
How this is relevant to you
Having exposure to business at many levels has given me an appreciation for the necessity to identify where to start. My experience can assist businesses in identifying opportunities for improvement with the highest benefit and lowest effort required. It seems that everyone is trying to do more with less in the current economic climate so it just makes good business sense to ensure that your efforts are targeted. My philosophy is that;
